Received a wrong or mishipped item?

Warranty claim?
Complete and include the RMA form in your return package and indicate a warranty claim. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The repaired/replacement unit will be shipped back to Buyer at no charge.

How to prepare a Return & Exchange

These instructions must be followed exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return or exchange; LEDwholesalers.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation. 

Returns or exchanges must be made within the first 30 days of the original purchase date. Mis-shipped or short shipped items must be declared within 7 days of receiving the original order. 

If LEDwholesalers supplies you with a prepaid return label, then you must use that return label. 

Return, exchange, or refundable items must be in new/unused condition. Otherwise LEDwholesalers reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of at least 15%.

Package Your Return/Exchange

The merchandise returned must be received in saleable condition. Enclose the Return Merchandise Authorization Form, appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging, instruction manuals. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise noted. We recommend shipping your item(s) with a carrier who provides tracking and insurance options.

LEDwholesalers.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled.

The Return/Exchange Process

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your refund or replacement item will be processed within a few business days. Please note: merchandise showing signs of wear, alteration or damage in any way, will be subject to restocking fees.

Items/Order that are not complient with our policies will not be processed, and LEDwholesalers assumes no responsibilities. LEDwholesalers.com reserves the right to not accepted any return/exchange/refund/warranty claim for any reason.
